The LvR Workshop is operated by LvR Management Ltd, the company responsible for LvR Mentoring ("we," "us," "our"). By signing up for the LvR Workshop, you agree to the following terms.
LvR Management Ltd is the data controller responsible for your personal data in connection with this workshop. LvR Management Ltd is registered in England & Wales, ME19 6NR. We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer because we are not required to. For any questions, you can contact us at contact@lvrmentoring.com.
When you sign up for the workshop, we collect the information you provide directly, which may include your name and email address. We ask only for what we need to give you access to the classes and keep you updated.
Your data will be used exclusively for LvR Mentoring purposes, including:
We will not use your data for any purpose beyond LvR Mentoring-related communications, and we will not use it to make automated decisions about you. The lawful basis for each purpose is: consent (for workshop access and any marketing), and legitimate interests (for understanding interest in our content, balanced against your privacy — you can object at any time).
Your personal data will never be sold, rented, or traded to third parties for marketing or any other purposes. It is used solely by LvR Management Ltd, on behalf of LvR Mentoring, for the purposes described above.
We may share your data with trusted service providers who help us run the workshop and send communications (for example, an email service provider), solely to the extent necessary to perform those services, and only under obligations of confidentiality consistent with this notice. We do not share your data with any other third party. Our current processors are: Resend (email delivery). Some of these processors may be based outside the UK; see the International Transfers section below for how we protect your data when it is transferred internationally.
We will keep your workshop sign-up data for 12 months from the date you sign up, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. If you go on to purchase LvR Mentoring ON RECORD, your account data is then handled under the ON RECORD Privacy Policy.
Some of our processors are based outside the UK. Where we transfer your data outside the UK, we rely on an adequacy decision or on the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA), with additional safeguards where needed. You can ask us for a copy of the safeguards at contact@lvrmentoring.com.

By signing up for the free workshop, you consent to LvR Management Ltd processing your data as described above. You can withdraw this consent at any time by unsubscribing or contacting us directly — this will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
The workshop is for adults (18+). Please don't sign up if you are under 18. If you think a child has given us their data, contact us and we'll delete it.
We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
